Welcome to CultureConnex International, Inc.!  We were incorporated as non-profit corporation in the state of Texas on April 8th, 2009.

The majority of our activities currently revolve around identifying and meeting the needs of international students at Texas Tech University.  We acknowledge that international students at every American university have similar needs upon their arrival in the United States and our vision is to extend our operations to other locations.

In the near future, we will open a representative office in China with hopes of expanding our efforts around the globe.  This office will be responsible for facilitating various community development services in the region of southeast Asia.

Our first international event was held on May 22-24, 2009 in Chefchaouen, Morocco.  30 schoolteachers received training on basic educational counseling issues and it was a huge success!  Read more here.

We recently returned from our second training in Chefchaouen, Morocco (December 7-9, 2009).  Randy Bunyard, a retired school counselor, came along as our International Trainer and presented to an eager group of learners.  By the end of the training, these schoolteachers had organized a counseling association for the province of Chefchaouen.
